China
The Chinese importer must verify that the species, Indonesian origin and intended use have an authorised quarantine pathway. Entry quarantine approval, official certification, designated entry arrangements and inspection may be required.
BEFORE ORDERING
Three checks before a quotation.
- 01Obtain written confirmation of the applicable GACC pathway.
- 02Confirm importer eligibility and the designated port before dispatch.
- 03Agree the official certificate, quarantine declarations and any establishment requirements.
DOCUMENT PACK
Prepare these records.
- Importer identity, registration and broker details required by the destination
- Scientific-name species list, quantities, source and intended use
- Import permit or written admissibility confirmation where required
- Official aquatic-animal health certificate with the destination declarations
- Commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill and customs classification
- CITES or national wildlife permits when the exact taxon is regulated
ARRIVAL & CLEARANCE
Entry is a separate decision.
The consignment is subject to customs and quarantine review. Do not treat general aquarium-market availability as import approval.
